Angry Bird Shirts made with Duct Tape

I was on a dodgeball team.... yeah I know why? It was fun for a couple weeks but every Wednesday was a bit much. Anyways if you need a angry bird shirt just for a day you can make it with duct tape and a sharpee. My sister made these for a dodgeball dress up night.

All my kids first loves

I find myself always trying to capture my children's childhood and this is a picture I love. When each baby was born we picked out a special stuffed animal and matching blanket. Since they were all only two years apart we happened to collect the PotteryBarn Kids line of plush toys. It's so sweet for the kids to see newborn pictures of themselves almost the same size as their special toy.

Sharks Soccer Banner

I didn't make this banner but I saw it at picture day and I was quite impressed. There are not enough examples of homemade banners out there and this one is great. I asked the team about  who made it and they said all the moms got together and made it a fun night.Wow, impressive teamwork all around. I like the shiny material for the ocean. Maybe next time I volunteer for  banner maker I'll have a get together too.

Whales in Pacifica!

We stayed at the Pacifica Beach Hotel and had ocean view. We could see all sorts of whale sightings such as spouts, backs and even tails!! We ate at Taco Bell on the beach and counted 25 sightings in only 30 minutes. At one time we saw 4 spouts go off. If you haven't been to Pacifica, go now! Enjoy the 50+ surfers.  The beach also had a lot of little pieces sea glass! There is also a skate park across the street from the hotel.
My little guy could not get enough of all the action with the surfers!

ROCKET PARTY

Since I am reminiscent of my son's past birthdays I thought I should mention a favorite party. The rocket party was so much fun because we blasted rocket upwards of 30 feet!
We used:
A 2 liter empty soda bottle
stickers, card stalk, blue tape, dollar store diaper disposable bags (as parachutes) birthday hats,

We filled the 2 liter soda bottle 1/3 full with water and put it on an ez-launch rocket blasting machine. It costs $50 but it doesn't disappoint. We entertained over 20 kids for two hours with this coolest rocket machine.

Here is a pic of how high it goes. Every blast is entertaining and so much fun to watch it fly!
